Since each ring is individually hand painted, slight variations in paint application and finish are normal and part of the artisanal charm. No two rings are exactly identical.
Temperature Requirements: Mood changing properties function optimally between 60°F-90°F (15°C-32°C). Color changes may be less responsive or temporarily inactive in extreme temperatures outside this range, but will resume color changing when back within this temperature range.

Not a great experience. The vendor sounded upbeat when I placed the order and messaged her with a note to attach to the gift because I did not see an option for a gift message when I placed the order. However, after about a week I checked on the order, and she promised it would be mailed the following day. She did print the label the next day — it was listed as “shipped” — but she didn’t actually take it to the post office. When I checked with her again, she said it was because of the weather. When I eventually received postal confirmation that it was delivered, I was surprised not to hear from the recipient; turns out she had no idea who sent the ring. Also , she said the color is not uniform across the glass. So, not great quality on top of unreliable customer service. I hope this ring actually is waterproof.
